Manifesto
Alcai is an open research center for AI. Not a product, not an agency, not somebody's blog: a place where the studying happens in public and everything gets released.
Research & Share is the rule, not the slogan. Everything we understand becomes something you can read, and everything we build becomes something you can clone.
Sibilla is the research wing. It holds the projects, each with its own name, each a point along the path: not a catalogue of finished products, but the trace of how we got here.
We publish early and imperfect. A documented idea beats a prototype kept out of sight.
Open source, all the way. If a project can't be read, forked and broken, it isn't ready to live here.
Today Alcai is one person writing “we”. That isn't a pose: it's room left on purpose for whoever arrives. The house is bigger than the people in it.
